Bangladesh Journal of Physical Medicine and Rehabilitation

This issue of the Bangladesh Journal of Physical Medicine and Rehabilitation presents eight articles. An editorial highlights the central role of the PMR physician in robotic rehabilitation, and a narrative review examines injury patterns and prevention in women’s football, with implications for low- and middle-income countries. Four original articles cover mirror therapy after stroke, patient awareness of PMR services at a district hospital, reform of PMR in Bangladesh, and shock wave therapy for lateral epicondylitis. A case series addresses neurological complications after spinal anesthesia in obstetric patients, and a perspective reframes rehabilitation in climate-related disaster response.
